The La Jolla Bioengineering Institute invites applications for Senior Research Scientist positions from individuals with expertise in molecular membrane mechanics. All candidates must have a demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed funded research. Salaries and laboratory space will be considered commensurate with demonstrated research excellence. Post-Doctoral Positions

Postdoctoral Fellow - #PD-JF (Updated: 2/1/2016)

The La Jolla Bioengineering Institute invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position to investigate mechanochemical signal transduction. It will involve performing molecular, biochemical and cell biological techniques such as cell and tissue culture preparation, immunoprecipitation, fluorescence microscopy, immunohistochemistry, Western blot and mammalian cell transfections.

Requirements:Candidates must have completed a Ph.D. and should submit cover letter, curriculum vitae and the names and contact information of at least three references electronically to frangos@ljbi.org and Reference PD-JF in subject line.
